Induction of Nrf2 translocation by Spongionella compounds. Nrf2 levels were measured in lysates of neurons incubated with the compounds for 6 h. (a) Nucleus and (b) cytosolic results are presented separated. Nrf2 was normalized with Lamin B1 for nucleus samples and Actin for cytosolic lysates and bars represent the ratio.
