The distribution of samples available by day. Subjects were asked to return to the hospital for blood draws every 2–3 days through the first 14 days and then return ∼2 weeks later for a convalescent blood draw and final evaluation. Data presented throughout the study are based on means of individual days for the first 9 days and grouped into 5-day increments for the remaining visits.
