A solution of 2.5 μM d(GT)20 was included as standard. (B) Representative graphs of 260 nm UV absorbance of DNA filtrates as mentioned above. A solution of 1.275 μM d(GT)20 was included as representative of total DNA content of the PDN suspension calculated from ratiometric quantification.
