Hsp90-dependent binding of Cul3 (red) and CSN4 (brown) and other COP9 signalosome components (yellow-green) are used as example of DBC2-associating proteins. “Early”, “intermediate”, and “late” refer to complexes that are formed during Hsp90's ATPase cycle.
