(A) Cell lines were treated with CDDP at 0, 20, 40, or 80 µM for 24 h, followed by DAPI staining and analysis by fluorescent microscopy and photography. The total number of the apoptotic cells was counted, and the percentage of apoptotic cells was calculated. (B) Cells were treated with 20 µM CDDP for different time periods (including 0, 24, 48, 72 h) as indicated, followed by DAPI staining. (C) Cells were treated with different doses of CDDP (including 0, 10, 20, 40 µM) for 24 h, and the effects of OLC1 on the expression of the apoptosis-related proteins caspase-3 and Bcl-2 was assessed by western blotting.
