DNA Barcoding of Individual cells and neuronal connectivity converts connectivity problem into a sequencing problem. A. Each neuron is assigned a unique identity by labeling the cell with PRV virus that expresses a unique DNA barcode. B. PRV virus expressing a unique DNA Barcode is transynaptically transported (the invader virus) across a synapse. C.
