Average past-week physical activity tertile cut-points across cycles were 17.4 and 38.3 MET-h/week.
250 women in the BioCycle Study were followed for 2 cycles, 9 women were followed for 1 cycle.
Two-sided P-values for continuous variables calculated using ANOVA and categorical variables using Fisher’s exact test.
Perceived stress score measured at baseline for 258 women.
Twenty-eight women in the study had only one anovulatory cycle and seven women in the study had two anovulatory cycles for a total of 35 women with at least one anovulatory cycle.
Habitual physical activity tertile cut-points were 35.1 and 83.3 MET-h/week.
Daily diary reports of minutes spent in vigorous activity were averaged across the study within-women.
Averaged over up to eight 24-hour dietary recalls conducted during the study.
