Panc-1 cells were used in an in vivo xenograft mouse model. Starting at 10 days after implantation the animals were treated with daily intraperitoneal injections of vehicle or FK866. Tumors were measured for an additional 40 days. A, Graph shows the average size of 16 vehicle and 16 FK866-treated tumors measured during the experiment. Picture shows size of representative tumors. B, presents NAD and ATP levels from 6 vehicle and 6 FK866-treated tumors.
