The sequential DSCT angiography was performed with 70/rotation (effective radiation dose, 0.21 mSv). Multiplanar reformatted (MPR) image reconstructed with sinogram affirmed iterative reconstruction (SAFIRE) algorithm (b) shows the small atrial septal defect (arrow) clearly.
