Identification of Dclk1-positive mitotic cells in small intestinal crypts after TBI. The small intestine isolated 24 h post-TBI was fixed with formalin and embedded in paraffin. Paraffin-embedded sections were immunostained with anti-Dclk1 antibody (purple, purple arrow) and anti-phospho β-catenin Ser552 antibody (brown, black arrow).
