Patterns of thyroid function are positive anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb positive); overt hypothyroidism (overt hypo TH); subclinical hypothyroidism (SubC hypo TH); isolated hypothyroxinemia (Hypo FT₄,); and euthyroidism.
