Ribavirin is rapidly transported into red blood cells. The highest standard (10.0 μg/mL) was spiked into whole blood and spotted at various time points while remaining at room temperature. The X-axis represents the time in whole blood (minutes) and the Y axis shows the percent difference to T=0. The time points shown are from 30 to 1440 minutes.
