Effect of DJ-1 overexpression and knockdown on cell invasion and EMT of breast cancer cells. (A) For cell invasion assay, DJ-1-Flag or siDJ-1 was transfected for 12 h, 48 h after which transwell invasion assay was performed. Statistical analysis was performed using the Student's t-test (*P<0.05).
