Conjugated cetuximab and panitumumab were able to identify positive lymph nodes (a). After the primary tumor was resected (arrows), cervical lymph nodes were still detectable (arrowheads). These lymph nodes were later confirmed for the presence of disease on pathological examination (b). Both cases show subcapsular spread of squamous cell carcinoma.
