NG108-15 cells were treated with 5 µg/ml cisplatin for 12 hours. A final concentration of 10 nmol/ml 2DG was added 1 day prior to cisplatin treatment. After 2DG treatment for 24 hours, the NG108-15 cells were transfected with GRP78 siRNA or control siRNA, and the cells were cultured in fresh complete medium for 48 hours before cisplatin treatment.
