The plots show the gating for a representative HIV-positive sample stimulated for five hours with DMSO, PTE peptide pools for Gag and Env and PMA/Ionomycin. Plots show the co-expression of CD107a and IFNγ by CD8+ T cells as detected by standard ICS (top row) and viral ICS (bottom row).
