Isolated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from CTL, SS, and SR patients were stimulated with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 for 48 hours and culture supernates were harvested and assayed by ELISA. *P<0.05 compared to CD4+ T cells. #P<0.05 compared to SR CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells. +P<0.05 comparing SR cells to CTL or SS cells.
