Dimeric structure of TMEM16A and -16F. HEK293T cells that had been transfected with the expression vector for FLAG-tagged TMEM16A (A) or TMEM16F (B) and TMEM16F−/− IFET transformants expressing the FLAG-tagged TMEM16A (A) or TMEM16F (B) were treated with the indicated concentrations of DSP, washed, and lysed in radioimmune precipitation assay buffer. The lysates were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting with an anti-FLAG mAb.
