Cells of the indicated genotypes were co-cultured with RAW264.7 macrophages for 30–60 minutes, stained with Calcofluor White, and fixed with paraformaldehyde. The percentage of phagocytosis was determined as the number of cells unstained by Calcofluor White relative to the total number of C. albicans cells. At least 100 cells per condition were counted.
