Correlation of the 19 kDa C-terminus of merozoite surface protein 1 (MSP1₁₉)-specific mBC-derived antigen-secreting cell (ASC) per million cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and levels of serum IgG reported as anti-MSP1₁₉ ELISA units.
