Liposome size stability. Liposome particle size and polydispersity index as measured by dynamic light scattering indicates an initial size of 75.9 nm and polydispersity of 0.111, with minimal change over 2 years when stored at 5°C or room temperature. When stored at 37°C, the liposomes grew in size and polydispersity after 6 months. Error bars represent standard deviations of three separate measurements of the same batch of liposomes employed in the electron microscopy studies.
