Immunoprecipitation of invariant chain isoforms. One-dimensional gel electrophoresis of invariant chain (Ii) proteins from metabolically labeled Jesthom (B cells), KATO III, and N87 (gastric epithelial cells) demonstrates the expression of those isoforms.
