Real-time RT-PCR analysis performed using RNA samples from M. bovis BCG hsp60p-Fluc log-phase culture treated with antibiotics. The expression of hsp60 and Fluc was derived from native and ectopic hsp60 promoters, respectively. Note that there was a similar decline in the expression of hsp60 and Fluc in the treated samples. The expression levels of both genes were normalized with sigA.
