Characterization of the HRVc15 replicon replication kinetics. H1-HeLa cells were electroporated with 10 μg in vitro-transcribed RNA from HRVc15 wild-type or 3Dpol N295A replicons. The HRVc15 wild-type replicon was treated with DMSO or 1 μM rupintrivir. The cells were incubated at 33°C and assayed for replicon RNA levels by RT-qPCR (A) or Renilla luciferase activity (B). Error bars represent the standard deviations of the means from triplicate tests.
