In vivo stoichiometry of U21 and class I MHC molecules. Lysates from U373 or U21-expressing U373 cells were immunoprecipitated using W6/32 covalently linked to protein A agarose. The migration positions of U21 and class I MHC heavy chain molecules are indicated. Molecular weight standards are indicated to the left (lane 1).
