CCR5-high, CD4-negative CF2Th cells were incubated with the indicated pseudoviruses encoding firefly luciferase in the presence of the indicated concentrations of CD4-Fc, CD4mim6-Fc, or 11-Fc. Infection was measured as luciferase activity as described for Fig. 2. Numbers represent relative luciferase activity levels normalized to the largest observed value. The experiment was performed in triplicate, with error bars representing standard errors.
