CHO-7 cells were transfected with 1 μg EV (empty vector), DHCR24-V5 (WT) or Δ240 DHCR24-V5 (Δ240) and 0.25 μg pDsRed-ER in a 12-well plate for 24 h. Cells were subjected to immunofluorescence with V5 antibody and Alexa Fluor 488, then mounted on slides with DAPI-containing mounting buffer. Fluorescence microscopy was performed. Data from n=2 experiments.
