Ccf represents the drug content in core fluid.
Fs represents the flow rate of sheath fluid that consists of 10% (w/v) PVP K25, 0.2% (w/v) SDS and 0.3% (w/v) sucralose in a mixed solvent system comprising water and ethanol (0.5:9.5, v:v).
Fc represents the flow rate of core fluid that consists of 10% (w/v) PVP and quercetin in a mixed solvent of DMAc and ethanol (4:6, v:v).
Cq represents the drug content in solid products, which is calculated according to the equation: Cq = (F c×C c)/{ [F s×(10%+0.2%+0.3%)]+ [F c×(10%+C c)]}, F s, F c, and C c represent the flow rates of the sheath and core fluids, and the drug contents in the core fluids, respectively.
