Pathological analysis of knockdown of XRCC2 expression. The effect of XRCC2 shRNA on pathology was examined in nude mice. Mice were treated with either shRNA-XRCC2 or shRNA-SC. Radiation treatment (2 Gy) was given once every other day when tumor volume reached 100 mm3 in a total of 10 days. The tumor pathology was examined on day 28 after exposure to radiation.
