TD10 and EtOH-TD10 increase production of TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6, and MCP-1 protein. C57BL/6 mice were treated with vehicle, EtOH, TD10, and EtOH+TD10 as described in Materials and Methods. Animals were sacrificed 24 hours following the last dose of EtOH treatment (5 g/kg, i.g. daily for 10 days). Brain TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6, and MCP-1 protein was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. EtOH increased TNFα, IL-6, and MCP-1 production.
