7D12 is specifically taken up in the oral squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. Mice bearing OSC-19-luc2-cGFP human xenografts were intravenously injected with 25µg of 7D12, R2 and 800CW. After 24 hours fluorescent images were obtained with the IVIS spectrum and the intraoperative camera system (FLARE).
