A549 cells were pretreated with VC (100 μM) for 1 h and were then incubated with salidroside (10 μg/ml) for 24 h. Whole cell extracts were immunoblotted with the antibody against phospho-p38 and β-actin served as loading control. One representative image is shown from three independent experiments. Phospho-p38 protein expression was significantly decreased in the salidroside group compared with the control group.
