Rab10 regulates clathrin-dependent endocytosis of HAS3. A, siRNA-treated MCF7 cells were transfected with mRFP-HAS3, incubated with fluorescein-conjugated transferrin, and fixed with 4% PFA. Reduced colocalization between mRFP-HAS3 and fluorescein-transferrin was found following Rab10 silencing. B, Rab10 silencing significantly reduced the colocalization of mRFP-HAS3 with transferrin, compared with the control and control siRNA groups.
