(A) Identified RhoGEFs, RhoGAPs, and RhoGDIs (according to the HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee Rho GTPase activating proteins (ARHGAP), Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factors (ARHGEF), and Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor (ARHGDIA, ARHGDIB, ARHGDIG) with their regulated phosphosites. The scheme is based on Ingenuity pathway. Each P indicates a distinct regulated phosphosite, and the color is the same as that of the cluster it belongs to, according to Figure 2A.
