Alignment of Double B-box (DBB) zinc finger protein sequences from different plant species: SsBBX24 (in bold) from Solanum sogarandinum (ABC25454), S. tuberosum (ABA40448), S. lycopersicum (AAS67368; Ben-Naim et al., 2006), Arabidopsis thaliana STO (NP_172094) and A. thaliana STH (NP_565722). Alignment of DBB proteins was performed using ClustalW. Dashes indicate where the sequence was expanded to allow maximal alignment. Identical amino acids are shaded.
