Either PBD1 (AD) or PBD2 (E and F) were injected at 5 μl/min over immobilized PtdCho/PtdE/PtdIns(3,4)P2 vesicles (A and B) or PtdCho/PtdE/PtdIns(4,5)P2 vesicles (CF) and the resulting changes in the RU are plotted as a function of time to yield the SPR binding sensorgrams, from which the Kd values were determined. Peptide concentrations ranged from 75 to 1900 nM.
