Grade of recommendation B	An indication for adjuvant chemotherapy should be established in the case of: HER2-positive tumors Tumors that are not sensitive to endocrine therapy (ER- and PR-negative). node-positive tumors or node-negative tumors with a high risk of recurrence G III young age of disease onset (< 35 years)
