BAT3 inhibits ATG7 acetylation and its interaction with p300. WT and BAT3−/− MEFs were grown in CM (−) or EBSS (+) for 2 h. Control immunoprecipitation (CT) was performed using rabbit IgG (Upper), and loading was checked using an anti-rabbit antibody (Lower).
