In ARV- (B−D) or mock- (A, control) infected DF-1 cells, F-actin was visualized using mouse monoclonal anti-F-actin (green), and viral proteins were detected using mouse polyclonal anti-ARV (red). ARV-infected cells were analyzed at (B) 24, (C) 48, and (D) 72 h post-infection. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Each set of three fields was taken using the same exposure conditions and each image is representative of six different fields examined. Brightfield microscopy images are shown in the left panels.
