Functional interactions of LRRFIP1, EZH2, and SUZ12 were examined. A) A western blot was used to determine the SUZ12 and EZH2 protein levels in the K562 cells transfected with siRNA-control, siRNA-EZH2 and siRNA-SUZ12. Knockdowns were effective. This is representative of three experiments. B–D) ChIP assays demonstrated that knockdown of SUZ12 or EZH2 affected their own binding and that of LRRFIP1 at the TNF promoter. N=3.
