COMT hyperactivity does not alter the level of TH or DAT in the striatum. (A) Striatum (STR) extracts from COMT-OE and control mice probed with anti-TH antibody shows no difference in the level of TH protein. Cerebellum (CER) extracts were used as a negative control for the TH and DAT antibodies. An anti-tubulin antibody was used as a loading control and to normalize band density.
