CSY0073 inhibits the production of IL-1β, CXCL1 and IL6 by primary alveolar macrophages stimulated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa LPS. Alveolar macrophages from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from C57BL/6 mice were pretreated for 24 h with vehicle (V: citric acid), CSY0073 (CSY) or AZM (10–50 μM) then stimulated with 1 μg·mL⁻¹ LPS for 24 h. IL-1β (A), IL12-p40 (B), CXCL1 (C), IL-6 (D), and TNF-α (E) were measured in the supernatants. Data are mean ± SEM of three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
