Effect of acetonitrile fraction generated by SPE of PGJE on induction of apoptosis in four leukemia cell lines (CCRF-CEM, MOLT-3, HL-60, and THP-1). Cells treated for 24, 48, and 72 h with acetonitrile fraction at concentration equivalent to the concentrations of compounds found in 6.25%, 12.5%, and 25% whole PGJE. Induction of apoptosis was determined by Annexin V-FITC/PI based on flow cytometry analysis. Means ± standard error. *Significant difference (P ≤ 0.05).
