Apoptosis induction in the lungs with tumor and other organs in mice with lung cancer four weeks after beginning of treatment. Animals were treated two times per week with substances indicated. An orthotopic lung tumor model was created in nude mice by intratracheal instillation of A549 cells (non-small-cell lung carcinoma). Control mice received intravenous injections of saline.
