The morphological changes of PC12 cells before (A) and after (B) differentiation induced by nerve growth factor (NGF). The differentiated PC12 cells were identified using antibodies raised against the specific neural markers, such as neural specific enolase (NSE) (C) and neural filament protein (NF) (D), by immunofluorescence respectively, and the results both showed positive signals (green) in the cytoplasm.
