Effect of rutin on plasma MDA level and SOD and GPx activities in weight-loaded forced swim test (WFST) mice. Mice were pretreated with vehicle or (R-15, R-30 or R-60) for 7 days and then 1 h later underwent an exhaustive swimming test with a 5% body weight load attached to the mouse tail.
