Examination of immunohistochemical staining in the UUO model. Immunohistochemistry showed that in the kidney of the UUO mouse, the stained area in the left kidney was increased compared with that in the control right kidney, and pretreatment with FTY720 and DMS significantly decreased the staining intensity of fibronectin and COL1.
