A) Representative traces show the current-voltage relationship in HEK-293 cells with expression of wild-type TRPM7 alone or with coexpression of wild-type TRPM7 and the TRPM7-E1047K pore mutant (TRPM7-DN). B) Co-expression of TRPM7-DN with wild-type TRPM7 in HEK-293 cells suppressed TRPM7 current densities at −120 mV and +100 mV.
