(a) Immunoblot analysis was used to compare the effect of Postn deletion on phosphorylation levels of the ribosomal protein S6 (pS6), a downstream target of the mTOR signaling pathway, in kidneys of pcy/pcy mice. Levels of pS6 were normalized to total S6. The number below the bands indicates the pS6/S6 for each sample. (b) Summary of the effect of Postn knockout in pcy/pcy mice on renal pS6/S6 levels.
