Frequencies of highly active TALEN pairs with and without SAPTA. ‘Highly active’ is defined by a range of different cut-offs (x-axis) from >20% to >80% of the maximal TALEN-mediated mutation rates (% indels) observed in each study. Fractions of maximal % indels were used as cut-offs since the results of T7E1 assays may vary among different studies.
